GenAI document intelligence
We build GenAI pipelines that extract structured data from complex documents — financial reports, trade confirmations, invoices, KYC packets, charts, and graphs — with human-review and feedback workflows built in from the start. Output that is auditable, editable, and trustworthy enough for regulated environments.
Currently in production at a major US bank using Gemini and Azure OpenAI.
Typical use cases: financial statement extraction, regulatory document processing, contract analysis, any document-heavy workflow where manual processing is the bottleneck.
Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
Off-the-shelf LLMs hallucinate when asked about your proprietary data. RAG solves this by grounding the model in your actual documents and knowledge bases — giving you accurate, source-cited answers without fine-tuning or exposing data to model providers.
Dheefinity designs and builds end-to-end RAG systems: document ingestion and chunking, embedding and vector store setup, retrieval pipeline tuning, LLM integration, and evaluation frameworks so you know when the system is trustworthy. We work across Azure OpenAI, Gemini, and open-weight models depending on your compliance posture.
Typical use cases: internal knowledge bases, regulatory and policy Q&A, client-facing document search, analyst research assistants.
Agentic AI workflows
The next step beyond RAG is agents — LLM-powered systems that reason, plan, and take actions across your tools and data rather than just answering questions. Dheefinity designs agentic workflows with the guardrails financial services environments require: defined tool boundaries, human-in-the-loop checkpoints, audit trails, and deterministic fallback paths.
We build agents that automate multi-step analyst and operations workflows — report generation, data reconciliation, anomaly triage, document-to-data pipelines with downstream actions — using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and the Google ADK, integrated with your existing data infrastructure.
Typical use cases: automated report generation and distribution, reconciliation and exception triage, multi-step document processing with downstream system updates, internal data Q&A with action capabilities.
Product in development: Regulatory RAG Engine
Dheefinity is building a SaaS platform that makes an organisation's entire regulatory universe instantly queryable — with cited, auditable answers grounded in current source documents.
Compliance and risk teams spend hours manually tracking updates across regulators like the Federal Reserve, BIS/BCBS, ESMA, SEC, FinCEN, and CFTC. The Regulatory RAG Engine changes that: a continuous ingestion pipeline (Kafka → Spark Structured Streaming → Delta Lake) monitors 15+ regulatory sources in real time and processes every update through a document intelligence pipeline — parsing, chunking with hierarchy preserved, embedding, and loading into a vector store alongside keyword indexes.
When a compliance analyst asks *"What does FRTB require for internal model approval?"* or *"What changed in Basel IV since last quarter?"*, the system runs a hybrid search (BM25 + vector retrieval with re-ranking), assembles context from the most relevant regulatory text, and returns a cited answer — with links to the exact sections of the source document — streamed in real time through a chat interface.
Key capabilities being built:
Continuous regulatory monitoring across US and EU sources, deduplicated and versioned in Delta Lake
Semantic diff engine that detects and summarises what changed between document versions — answering "what's new?" without reading the full circular
Hybrid retrieval (keyword + semantic) tuned for regulatory identifiers like "Article 92(1)" or "BCBS 239"
Full audit trail of every query, retrieved source, and response — a compliance requirement, built in from the start
Multi-tenant architecture with per-institution regulatory scope, targeting 1,000–10,000 subscribers
The platform is designed for financial institutions — banks, asset managers, and fintechs — that need to stay current on regulatory change without scaling up a compliance headcount.
